Touring Industry "Road Wives" Find A New Way To Help Support Their Families

NASHVILLE, TN – October 27, 2020 – Ashley Bayne, a mother of 3, 10-year veteran of the live event industry, and “road wife”, has teamed up with fellow road wives to launch a unique take on the kids subscription box concept in hopes of finding new avenues of income while their touring husbands await the return of live events.

When COVID-19 hit in March and the live events industry shut down, Ashley quickly realized her family would have to pivot. In search of a new idea, she noticed parents needed easy ways to engage with their kids in learning-through-play activities. She knew from her own experience that the kids subscription box market was missing the type of product she would want as a mom in a pandemic. Ashley quickly sought help from fellow road wives, Abby Wahlers and Kate Hays, who shared her passion for early childhood education, making learning fun, and engaging together as a family.

“We wanted to create something to not only entertain kids and educate them as individuals, but provide families with easy ways to intentionally engage with one another. Our kits are loaded with opportunities for exactly that – being curious and imagining together as a family.”
